- Possibly one of last taken off Dunkirk. My cousin, his son, has a newspaper cutting which mentions a Robert Walker of the DLI (Durham Light Infantry missing in the Middle East. He believes that his father worked in salt mines in Czechoslovakia as a prisoner of war. My father, Robert's brother said he was a POW twice and worked in the mines.
